(Property at 1108 -1130 West 15th Avenue, Vancouver, British Columbia, 1110 -1130 West 15th Avenue, Vancouver, British Columbia, and 1112 -1130 West 15th Avenue, Vancouver, British Columbia) by Order of the Supreme Court of British Columbia on October 13, 2020.

The Properties subject to the Receivership are a fully-detached coach house, and a duplex in Vancouver, B.C. It is the Receiver and Manager's intention to determine the status and estimated costs to complete construction of the house and a duplex, the status of sale of the house and a duplex, and the options available to it.
