D. Manning & Associates Inc. was appointed as Court-Appointed Receiver Manager of the Assets, Undertakings and Property of 1449 Sandhurst Place Holdings Limited (Property at 1449 Sandhurst Place, West Vancouver, British Columbia) by Order of the Supreme Court of British Columbia on August 4, 2021.

The Property subject to the Receivership is development property for a single-family house in West Vancouver. It is the Receiver Manager's intention to determine the status of the development property and the options available to it.
